This is the second limited edition Barrel Proof series release for 2025. Made with a traditional mash bill recipe, this Kentucky straight bourbon is matured in new, charred American oak barrels with each batch release varying in both age and proof. B525 is aged a total of 11 years and 6 months and is bottled without chill-filtration at 126.2 proof.

Aromas of peach blossom, caramel, stewed apricots and almond encrusted pear tart pastry leap from the glass. Rich and heavy on the front of the palate, with cinnamon, chocolate covered caramel and peach compote followed by vanilla custard and a heavy dose of drying oak on the mid-palate. The finish offers toffee and brownie, fading into a whiskey-soaked oak spice that transports you to a full Kentucky rickhouse.
